The dress code for our wedding ceremony and reception is Semi-Formal. For women, this includes elegant midi or full-length dresses. For men, a suit and dress shirt is appropriate. No jeans, cargo pants, or overly casual attire, please. Bright colors are encouraged! The celebration will be held outdoors, with temperatures expected to be in the 70s—please dress comfortably for the weather while maintaining a polished look. Formal footwear is requested during the ceremony and dinner. Guests are welcome to bring a more comfortable pair of shoes for dancing and celebrating later in the evening.

The dress code for our Welcome Party is Resort Chic—a relaxed yet polished look that’s perfect for a festive evening outdoors. For women, this could include flowy dresses, stylish jumpsuits, or coordinated sets. Dressy sandals, wedges, and bright or tropical colors are all welcome. For men, a collared shirt—such as a button-down or a polo—in light or bright colors is encouraged, paired with pants and closed-toed shoes. Please, no denim. Since the Welcome Party falls on Halloween, guests are also welcome to dress up and celebrate in costume if they’d like. Whether you come festive or fashionable, we can’t wait to kick off the weekend with you!

Are my children invited? As much as we love your little ones, this is an adult only event.

We can’t wait to celebrate our special day surrounded by our closest friends and family! Due to limited venue capacity, we kindly ask that only the guests listed on your invitation attend.

All wedding events will take place outdoors at the Grand Hyatt in Indian Wells, set against a beautiful desert backdrop. Guests are encouraged to bring a coat or jacket for the evening, as temperatures can dip after sunset.
